Ok so its not "little", but man a lance of these are going to be ultra nasty.

Hehe and for a whopping 15 million we can push the speed up to 10 -15 with the good old XL.

Oh and it has a Targeting computer. Nothing like getting 6 million C-bills of units and being able to get 3 to 4 back shots a round depending on initive.

As always comments are always welcome.

BattleTech Vehicle Technical Readout
VALIDATED

Type/Model: Wolf Spider custom
Tech: Clan / 3060
Config: V.T.O.L.
Rules: Level 2, Standard design

Mass: 30 tons
Power Plant: 100 Fusion
Cruise Speed: 86.4 km/h
Maximum Speed: 129.6 km/h
Armor Type: Ferro-Fibrous
Armament:
1 ER PPC
Manufacturer: (Unknown)
Location: (Unknown)
Communications System: (Unknown)
Targeting & Tracking System: (Unknown)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
==Overview:==
Following on the heels of the Pack Hunter (a mech only moderately well
recieved in clan wolf in exile) Khan Kell was approaced by his father Morgan
and was requested to build a fast VTOL much like the Yellow Jacket but with
better speed and with out the ammo concerns. After consulting with the design
caste the Wolf Spider VTOL was born.

==Capabilities:==
Able to keep pace with most light mechs the Wolf spider is able to withstand a
considerable punishment (though the rotors are still a concern) before being
threatened. Able to withstand 2 full clan PPC blasts to the nose the Wolf
Spider can dish out nearely as much damage as it can take. A underslung Clan
ER PPC is the only weapon carried on the VTOL. With the range and same damage
potential as the Gauss rifle the PPC offers unlimited ammunition and the
ability to move through the field qickely.

==Deployment==
So far these have shown up in the armies of the Wolf in Exile, the Kell Hounds
and several other mercenary companies. It appears to help the Clan Rebuild
(and to prepare for the recomming of the clans) Khan Kell is going to be
selling certin pieces of equipment to anyone that wants to buy.

Not so small for VTOL, but nasty and without ammo dependency, so these pests can linger around and maul the opposition.

Best if used in hit and run tactics though. Wolf Pack tactics! Smile lol

Yeah, though impressive I don't really see this machine hanging out. A few streak SRMs (which the clans love) and this thing will fall out of the sky fast enough.

That is going to depend on what rule set you use for VTOL's and vehicles. Lvl 3 rules make them incredibly hard to kill. I am piloting a VTOL in the game we are playing now and took 1 medium and 3 SRM's from a SRM6. it all hit the nose leaving me 9 points of nose armor and clean rotors (was piloting a cavalier VTOL at the time). But with the lvl 3 rules it is insanely hard to hit the rotors now it seems, (think its 11 and 12 only)

The rotors suffer only one point of damage per hit under lvl 3 rules,but the number required to hit them remains the same (10+).

Stinger, that's got to be the most demented thing I've seen in a long time.

The Hell's Horses need to pick up a few of these.

As for the SRMs...you've got to get in range first. Not the easiest thing in the world.

Hehe I really like the one that moves 10 - 15. With out the TC it can get lots of fun

And I have to admit I love vehicles.

Lets try this one
