I was trying to create unit that was tuff to kill and hit hard, but not really be to expensive. I like it but it can get much better with some higher tech.
Anyway let me know what you think.

Targeting & Tracking System: RCA Instatrac Mark XII
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
==Overview:==
The Solid Snake is a new design from the Kressely Warworks, and shares much of
the same chassie as the popular Lineholder. This has had a twofold effect. It
has helped keep production costs down, and before the first production run has
finished Kressely has already sold all mechs to be produced during the first
run. Ease of matinence and an abundance of spare parts (due to the Solid
Snake and the Lineholder sharing virtually all the same electronics,
actuators) should keep the Solid Snake round and popular for a long time.
==Capabilities:==
The solid snake is a infighter that is highly mobile and can take pretty
heavy punishment. Originally slated to be the first mech produced by Kressely
that used a newer Light Fusion Engine, the deal fell through and a alternate
means of powering teh mech were needed. Deciding to use the same engine
produced for the Lineholder allowed for only minor tweaking to be done to the
chassie, though the chassie visiually looked the same as the standard steel
version of the Line holder, it wasnt. Endo steel was used internally, though
all power leads, actuators and connectors are the same as the Lineholder.
Ferror fibrous was used to give the mech 10 tons and 97% coverage for its
chassie. Weapon wise it really is a uninspired set up. But for the weight
class of the unit it really is quite impressive. A pair of Johnston
Parti-Cannon PPCs are mounted under each arm with Intek (Another Lineholder
item) backing them up. Though the weapons are pretty basic it has allowed
Kressely to once again create a unit that is cheaper (the Solid Snake runs
5,499,916 C-Bills. to the Lineholders 4,515,666 C-Bills) that can Skirmish
with nearely any unit out there and in the hands of a competent pilot give
even the more powerful heavy design run for thier money.
==Deployment==
Much like the Lineholder the Solid Snake has shown very brisk sales for the
first run. And these new units can bee seen through out the IS with more
orders comming in daily.

Washed your WHM mini? It shrank a little, but the firepower is close to this mech and armor too. And with speed to match classic trio it's really decent mech.

Would you believe i did something similar just a week ago? I posted it on the custom section (not up yet).
Major difference is that its 5 tons lighter than yours, has poorer heat sinks and C3 (it's a DCMS mech).
