What can I say other than "oops". As I recall, my computer 'helps' me by automatically including the actuators whenever I switch to a new screen and return. I should have double-checked at the end, but something really important came up and . (OK, I just forgot).
The first time I played this mech was during the original Clan invasion as the Smoke Jaguars. The Clans were fielding an awful lot of shiny new mechs, more than the scientists seemed likely to be able to handle, so the GM made us justify each new design. My justification was that the SJ's traded a few Cauldron Born with the Snow Ravens (at the time no one knew much about them, so no one could wonder where they got the resources to make several new designs). The back-story didn't fill in until later, which is where the inconsistencies come in.
I'm glad you liked the basic design though, pulse laser and all.
