Ok, I have a chance to pick up a new copy of MW:3 for relatively cheap. I was wondering what the diffs are between it and CBT:RPG. Are they the same thing with the FanPro publishing garnering a new name? Or does CBT:RPG have a lot of changes?

They should be the same thing. Battletech is the strategy wargame, MechWarrior is the RPG.

| I had a chance to briefly thumb through the CBT: RPG book and it looks to be pretty much identical to MW:3, I can't say it's exactly the same as I didn't have my MW book to compare, but it looked identical.

Well thanks for the responses, but apparently someone put the wrong price on it. I should have bought it as soon as I saw it (was $9.00), but some jackass changed the price and now its $29.00... Oh well lol. I'll nab one off ebay cheap soon I hope. I wanna finish BURPS hehe.

I got a new copy off of ebay for $15...not a bad deal...although theres only a couple copies on ebay at any time, if any.
