Hm, nice little carrier. I like. Im guessing it name comes from max armor for its size? Or for that matter, more than most canon battlecruisers?

i have several issues with this design:
1] It has to many Fighters and not enough Cargo. An IS Aerospace Regiment with Command Lances is only 60 Fighters. I would suggest reducing you Fighters to 60 and split them between to Bays of 30. Also, I would split your doors up with 3 doors on each Fighter Bay and 2 on the Small Craft Bay. This will leave you 5,400 tons to play around with.
2] As a Carrier you will spend most of your time in flight opperations and not in combat manuvers. Even then, you'll likely be escorted. As such, your vessel moves abit to fast for my tastes as a Carrier. Slow it down to 4/6. This frees up 28,503 tons to play with.
3] Your weapon selection and Layout. I suggest a total revamp of the layout. First, place 20 ERLL, 20 ERPPC, 20 SL, 20 LRM20w/ArtIV, and 20 Guass in the Nose, Broadsides, and Aft. Second, you should place 4 NL55 in For-Sides and 2 NL55 Aft-Sides. This free up 6,043 tons.
4] A pet pieve of mine, your weapon bay groupings. For goodness sakes PLEASE break up those bays. Every energy weapon should be placed in a Quad Turret and every Ballistic and Missile into a Twin Turret. This will use 44 tons because of ammo requirements, which is my next point.
5] You do not have nearly enough ammunition for a Warship. Every ammo using weapon should have ATLEAST IMHO 20 rounds per gun. Myself, I usually do 60 to 80 rounds per gun. If you place 120 rounds [60 per gun] in each Ballistic/Missile turret it will use 1,020 tons.
6] Your heat sinks are so none existent as to be funny. If your gonna build a warship with an HPG and Lamellor Ferro-Carbide then you better make certain you can fire your defensive gear. Add 1,334 DHS which uses 1,334 tons.
7] You have NO spare parts. As a combat vessel, you should have atleast 1 percent of your mass. however, i recommend 2. This uses 9,400 tons.
8] You have no grav decks. In order to maintain a healthy crew, you must have Grav decks. I recommend 2 150m grav decks and 4 75m grav decks. This uses 400 tons.
9] Marines, you have no marines on this Carrier, which is a must. I usually do about 10 percent of the crew. In this case about 50 marines, which uses 250 tons.
10] Minor adjustments on stuff.
Crew: you can manipulate the numbers abit, my suggestion is 50 officers, 150 crew, 80 gunners.
Guests: as a carrier, you are a command ship and there will always be visitors. I suggest 10 1st class and 20 2nd class.
Food: add 44 tons to give a 1 year supply with new crew number.
Escape Systems: as a combat craft, you do not need and will rairly see a 100 percent coverage. Crew will die in combat. In addition, 140 crew members are Fighters and Small Craft pilots. Then add in that Small Craft typically can carry passangers, you hardly need 100 percent coverage. i suggest 50 systems [48 boat and 2 pod.]
All of this frees up 179 tons for use.
11] Last but certainly not least, cargo space for Fighters and Small Craft. It has become the established standard to allocate 200 tons of cargo space to each Fighter and Small Craft on a Carrier. The total is 16,000 tons of cargo, which i suggest be placed in each Fighter and Small Craft bay as required, which would be 6,000 tons per Fighter Bay and 4,000 tons for the Small Craft Bay. This means you now have 4 cargo bays: 2 at 6,000 tons, 1 at 4,000 tons, and 1 at 2,075 tons; and none of them has a single door. I suggest 2 per bay. You gotta be able to move that cargo about.
After all of these suggested changes you are left with 11,217 tons to play with. I suggest a LF Battery, another cargo bay with 2,075 tons and 2 doors, and using the rest to manipulate SI and Armor [SI 129 and Armor 1,213 tons.]
This will leave you a measily 126 tons of cargo that should be placed in parts or as cargo in the two main bays raising them both from 2,075 tons to 2,138 tons. Either is good.
