This configuration doesn't allow making big holes with some large bore weapon, but salvos of many smaller weapons will simply shave off armor and cause horrible damage in a few turns. I would try to move the weapons around a little (LLs to LA, LB gun to RT and DHSs from RT to arms), but that would be only a matter cosmetics (and a prevention of hurting the mech a lot by crushing an arm). Its a good mech with the ability to get rid of heat quickly and withstand a lot of damage (well, the armor could be thicker) while replying with the same or even more hurt back.
