Actually it was made as a lvl 1 design and refitted with FF armor for the purpose of a design contest. Original had 17t of standard plating, SRM-4 and only one ton of ammo for the LRMs. I'm glad that you liked both the mech and the story behind it. The Tarasque was sitting somewhere on my table for two years (without fluff) so I started to like it (mechs that I don't like tend to end on the scrap yard soon).

Yes, I must agree with you here. I already gave quite a few 4 point ratings. It seems that designing here improves designing (and fluffing) skills

I like the permanance of the review system here. Over at heavymetal pro, anything you post gets lost in the pile within a couple of days at the most.
