Okay say I want to make a mech with Inner Sphere Endo, a Clan XL engine and Clan Double Heat Sinks, along with some Inner Sphere Medium Lasers, a Clan Gauss Rifle (2 tons of ammo) a Clan LRM 20 (2 tons of ammo) say this all on a 55 ton frame moves 5/8/5...I can do this and it would a legal by the book LEVEL 3 mech correct?
One that can be used in NON-TOURNAMENT play correct?

Thats a IS/Clan Hybrid which is L3 mech, so no tourney
