What ho friends, it seems that I am one hell of a lucky Star Colonel. I have struck gold again in the lottery, so the night is on me. Here is to Lady Luck, may she always grace my lottery numbers!

Mordel walks in the door from a minor hiatus and looks at the Lotto ticker. After realizing someone has won the lottery again, he mumbles something along the lines of making it more difficult. He then grabs a bottle of Rum, walks into his office, and closes the door behind him.
