Zecks of the MW3.org forums is reportedly working on one. To the point that he asked any and all interested parties to construct paper models of the pulse rifle from Aliens for extras to use.
Unfortunately, I've got too much in the works to be able to assist.
Robot Jox . . .
The reason God invented euthanasia. Whether it should have been the director/producer/cast of the film, or the poor bastards who actually watched it (including me), it sucked.

What isn't getting remade or adapted to the big screen now a days...looking over some of movie sites you can see that 80s TV is a big deal for Hollywood to mine for ideas to remake over again. _________________ Karagin Only the dead have seen the end of war. - Plato

Robot Jox! I remember seeing that horrible, horrible movie when I was a kid. From what I remember the mechs were a lot larger than in Battletech, more like Mechagodzilla size. I also remember the method of controling these mechs was it would mimic the movements the pilot made in the cockpit, so thus if you wanted to punch the other mech you had to punch at the air in the cockpit, sort of like the Nintendo Wii....

Movie also had some of the worst lines ever delivered in a film.
"I'm gonna get back in this robot! And i'm gonna KICK! YOUR! ASS!"
And you knew it was serious, because it was, like, the 80s, and you just didn't say that.
And to make it even more clear, the robot then kicked its jets, left the arena, orbitted the earth, and came back to kick the badguy in the head.

What can I say? When I was young and stupid, I was young and stupid.
But is anyone else a little disturbed by the parrallels to Gundam or Dragonball Z? I can just see the Japanese Scientist/Weapons Designer saying "His power is OVER 9 THOUSAND!"
