This loss is going to be a hard one. As I live in Browns country I will have to endure the raving rants of lunatics who are chanting Superbowl already. _________________ If ignorance is bliss, then why are you so miserable?

You know Browns fans who are chanting Super bowl? All the Browns fans I know (myself included) are just happy that they have a very good chance to stay above .500 this weekend.

This counts as a home game for Miami? How'd they get the short end of that? Not that it matters much this year. _________________ Mordel Blacknight - Site Administrator

I was wondering that myself. Miami has been cursed ever since Marino retired.

I would guess there has been some significant financial considerations headed the Dolphins way... _________________ www.210sportsblog.com

Don't look now, but the Rams are up 14-0. Miami, meanwhile, is only down 3-0 but have just fumbled and look like the same old pathetic crappy team we saw the first 7 weeks.
You might want to buy that hat now. _________________ Mordel Blacknight - Site Administrator

Once again the Rams have managed to grasp defeat from the jaws of victory!!
The radio show I listened to while driving was full of Browns fans saying how great their teams was because they beat a winless team.... _________________ If ignorance is bliss, then why are you so miserable?

The Browns are a good team. Good teams are supposed to beat bad teams. Bad teams (ie the Dolphins and Rams) are supposed to have losing records. Just one of those basic laws of football.
With that said I will be surprised if the Browns win many more games this year. They still have to face Seattle this weekend and the Steelers again. So they still have enough of the season left to really screw things up.

I love the sarcasm. I listened to the radio show and one guy called in to say that because the Browns beat a winless, injury riddled team he can now wear his Browns hat with pride and head held high.
Uh, gee whiz hokey. This is like being proud to be a man after beating the snot out of a parapalegic. _________________ If ignorance is bliss, then why are you so miserable?

Chihawk - I said good team, not great team. In NFL terms and team that is above .500 at the end of the year is a good team. Great teams are the ones who make the playoffs. I am also looking at this years Browns as compared to previous years. The Browns have not looked this good over a decade. So for the Browns, this is a good team. Therefore the statement still hold true., at least in my own twisted brain.
Seraph - Is it my imagination or did you just compare the Rams to a parapelegic?
