I think that two UAC/5 don't deliver enough long range firepower for an assault Mech (especially when a jam occurs). The short range weaponry is quite heavy but the Mech lacks speed and/or jump jets to get its pray in reach. The Mech needs some knockout punch too as no hit can make more than 5 damage in one blow.
With gauss, heavier ACs and/or PPCs instead of the UAC/5s this Mech would be much better.
With it's standard engine, CASE and heavy armor it nevertheless will be a tough opponent.
I actually had worked a variant that mounted three PPCs in the right arm and a half ton more armor. thought that might be a bit cheesy at best though. Course, with the ability to shed 32 points of heat a turn, I could run and then fire all three with no extra heat build up. _________________ one by one the rabbits are stealing my sanity....

That sounds much better
Three PPCs will deliver considerable punch woithout worrying about ammo or a jam. _________________ Reality is where the Pizza-man comes from!'Gucken, petzen, verpissen!'
