Do we get a 1pm game here on CBS since New England is on FOX? Or is the CBS game blacked out?

I'd rather another 1pm game. But folks here decided they wanted to force us to watch the Patriots, so they show us a 4pm game, where they both suck.
I'd prefer to watch the game in London or maybe even the first place Bills.

NFL broadcast rules force the local markets to carry the local team (unless the game is blacked out for a non-sellout), and also don't allow for a game being broadcast opposite a home game of the local team.
