Were previously I could open a new tab when opening links to sub-forums, I am no longer able to perform this function. Now if I want to check multiple forums at once, I need to bring up multiple instances of the webpage first then navigate each one to its target. Its very inconvenient.
Also, and I think this is a symptom of the `1st, when I select sub-forums the formatting gets all screwed up and the individual topics do not get any sort of backing so the are hard to read as they bleed into the image of the Grasshopper. _________________ one must work hard to cultivate the mind and body. and one must always cultivate the mind.

Could you explain what you mean by this? Can't you still right-click and "Open Link in New Tab" (or your browsers equivalent)? Maybe just a step-by-step of what you were doing before would be good.

There's a long story behind this... Short story is, I was working on the entire site with behind-the-scenes stuff (making the html strict complianr, ensuring it validates, etc). They moved servers a while back and all the pages were FUBAR'd. The only way to correct it was to upload my local copy of the pages. Well, not all pages were updated at the time so they looked good. Most should still work. But the ones where the backgrounds are messed up and some of the formatting is messed up are the ones where I still need to update the PHP code to account for the new strict mode stuff. I'll eventually get to it all. So be nice to me until then! _________________ Mordel Blacknight - Site Administrator

any attempt to open say the design sub-forum with anything but clicking fails. Right clicking offers no options to open the link (neither open in this tab or a new one). _________________ one must work hard to cultivate the mind and body. and one must always cultivate the mind.

Ahhh... yes, that's because the links aren't really links any more. They're divs with fancy attributes and onclick actions. I'll add an enhancement to see what can be done. _________________ Mordel Blacknight - Site Administrator
