An internal belief system is when a person just relies on himself/herself (that's the way each Clanner is and how some humans are) and such a person are usually very narrow minded. An external belief system is when a person relies on fate or God and such a person is usually very open minded. Weather conditions are considered "acts of God". Therefore, persons that have external belief systems should get to choose the weather conditions for a BT game.
