The chart that had what the skill points translated into as far as bonuses?

Does anyone know if the chart was posted online anywhere?

I had the idea for a Battletech campaign, but things are a mess right now and so I can't find the book I have. I can get things going off of what home brew I have, but I kinda need that chart.

Campaign idea:

The party is on Caph, in the middle of the alternate continuity campaign I came up with a decade-plus back.

The party are all trainees with the AFNN military. They are literally in the middle of live-fire exercise #2 when the Jihad begins, and so the party has to fight their way back to friendly territory while their instructor holds everyone off. Each party member is presently piloting an AFNN-model Stinger (3025 specs, but with a head-mounted medium laser in lieu of the right arm machine gun and half a ton of ammo).

Once the party fights their way back, they're informed that they've "graduated" training and will now be sent to the front line. Problem is, the Stingers are academy property and the academy needs them to rush the next set of trainees through... but since there's a war on, high command has no more mechs to dispense. As such, those players who do not start with their own mechs will have to get creative and either capture a mech of their own or wait for one of the other players to down a mech that's in salvageable condition.
