Ends up that I can't make this unit in your system.

Its missing the Imnterface Cockpit and Null-Sig and Chameleon systems.

You are correct about the Interface cockpit, as that one is on the road-map. Chameleon LPS and Null-Sig are there, they are just considered extinct so you need to check the box to show extinct equipment. The code guides you into making designs that fit the era. Extinct equipment is not readily available, so you have to check the box to allow it.
