Ends up that I can't make this unit in your system.
Its missing the Imnterface Cockpit and Null-Sig and Chameleon systems. _________________ one must work hard to cultivate the mind and body. and one must always cultivate the mind.

You are correct about the Interface cockpit, as that one is on the road-map. Chameleon LPS and Null-Sig are there, they are just considered extinct so you need to check the box to show extinct equipment. The code guides you into making designs that fit the era.
