This is a hard Mech for me to judge. I typically dislike IJJs do to the mass, and I prefer my MAD designs to follow the 2/2/1 weapon arrangement. However, a 100t Mech that jumps 5, has twin SNPPC, and a HPPC is nothing to sneeze at especially when it fits the Wolfs Dragoons so well. You could drop the C3i for a pair of ERMLs or MLs, but the C3i so fits the WD that its hard to remove.

I droll whenever I see a 100 tonner that jumps 5. I almost don't even care what the armament is at that point!

You are going to need more than a steel helmet that is for sure when gravity takes affect. I think it is a go, solid weapons and the insane jump range for weight plus the C3i, crazy machine but I like it for special forces type, like Spider's Web, not really a mainline machine but it has it's uses.
