Got to go with the Whammer/Centurion combo as my first choice. Plenty of firepower there. Second choice would be the Wolfhound/Archer S, even in such tight quarters as you're describing.

I don't know that it is a world of difference. Sure a 5/8 can eak out a +2/+3 if running in a straight line in flat, open terrain as opposed to a +1/+2, but that doesn't really happen all that often ... |

I never really liked the XL engine, unless it was used to gain a significant speed boost. I don't really consider being able to go from 4/6 with a standard to a 5/8 with a XL to be worth the effort, ... |
