I didn't mention it, but most vehicles would be at risk in HE areas. Most wouldn't be water feasbale unless specially prepared for it, and if anything should happen to a tread.... the crew and vehicle ... |

IIRC, I saw a BA creator as a download on PRI (Pryde Rock Industries --> pri.mgonetwork.com --> temporarily down). Whether this is acurate to the rules, i don't know. Hope that helps.
