true, true, it does have lower arm and hand actuators, but the fluff text specifically states that it can flip its arms, so regardless of the flip arms rule, the text makes it so(thank you FASA design ... |

One mech thats pretty good but always over looked is the nightsky. Its not considered a command mech, so it wont draw fire, its decently fast with jump, and has a nice spread of damage, even though i ... |

The best use I've found for VTOLs is to loop around a mech or vehicle and pound it until it dies. I dont use VTOLS that are slower than 8/12 usually, because going max speed straight at something alm ... |
