Okay, I would only permit non-power using weapons like Missiles, AC's and such. -2 on hits due to having to trigger the weapon with one of the fingers on the hand, and the necessarily "clumsier ... |

A single chop with an axe or (maybe) mace would be okay. Those are brutal high mass 1 shot weapons that fit the mech. Elegant move with a sword or dexrterous use of claws...... I find that suspect.

Okay, I would buy that. 2Mp expended, hands, and Parked/Immobile vehicle. I would suggest the mech weigh more than the vehicle, as proof of actual strength to get the job done. |

I would say the tank ended it movement next to the mech. The mech had fired no arm weapons that turn. now what does the mech have to grab to do the flip? Air cushion- the skirts rip, disabling the lif ... |
