A quick and minor update to fix a couple defects, highlighted below.
Defects
Units can now enable Artemis launchers for LRT and SRT launchers, and all Artemis ammo is now available for these launchers.
Fixed a few issues in the forums where quoted text was not being displayed properly, URLs were not being made "clickable", and posts were show HTML break tags instead of new lines when the user went to edit them.
