That is a mean-a$$ design. Only two ammo weapons, even better. Just think of the fun you could have hunting dropships with it.

You need to adjust the bay damage numbers, you have the same numbers for both 8 and 4 Light NPPCs and for 10 Light NPPCs and 10 NL35s.

Each side has the same number of weapons with the expection of the nose and aft.

The values are correct. The indented weapons indicate additional weapons of the same type in the same bay. So the first example had 4 + 4 = 8 Light NPPCs, with a total AV for the bay of 56, and the second example has 8 Light NPPCs, with a total AV of 56. They're just listed separately. HMAero allows you to enter weapons individually or by quantity in a by, so you /could/ put 8 single weapons or one weapon with a quantity of 8, but they're both the same thing. Karagin just entered those two bays a bit differently, but they're both practically the same and therefore have the same AV.
The other examples you gave are the same thing. Anytime multiple weapons are located in the same bay, the AV is total for all of them, and any weapons beyond the first are listed on indented lines, as was done in TR:3067.

Oh, and the above example, if you look closely, has one bay with 10 Light NPPCs and another with 20 NL35s, which in fact have the same AV.

Maybe, but then TR:3067 must be confusing as well, as the bays are listed in exactly the same way there.
