I'd drop 0.5 t of armour and RL for another DHS if there is enough space for it, but why did you go for LPPCs only. This way it will mostly just nibble on enemy armour for a long time.

So, initially, I was only trying to replace the RAC-5s with 3 LPPCs each. When it comes down to it, they should actually have similar damage outputs in some cases. Well, at least similar average damage output.

As for the RL-10, I had two reasons. First, I wanted a missile launcher on the shoulder like the original config. Second, this thing is 100% crit packed. No crits left at all. So I figured, let it get hot for the TSM. You should be able to fire all 6 LPPCs and run and be at +4 heat. It should be really easy to keep it in the TSM sweet spot, without turning off sinks.
