There was an issue with the database and thst thread (it's because there's multiple posts and a poll). Mordel knows what the issue is and if its fixable he'll fix it. 
And others have said the site is slow today also. I think its an issue with Mordel's host unrelated to the other problem.

This site frequently loads real slow or seems to hang while loading and I have a cablemodem so I figure the problem can't be at my end. I get around it by clicking that X up in the corner to shut down the browser and just do it again until it website loads with a better speed. I don't know why Mordel's does that, Heavymetal used to be the same sometimes, but not since I got Roadrunner. The time of day seems not to matter either.

It seems to be fine now, so it was probably the host. The problem with the board showing two pages of posts while there is only one has been tracked down, and I will fix it shortly. It doesn't occurr in every poll, and certain things have to be done in order for the problem to arise. But, like I said, I'll fix it. 
(this PHP stuff is fairly simple to debug)
