Overview:
    In the wake of the financial anchor the ON3-M had become KaliYama would look to move off the
    design and distance itself from the legacy of that variant by the 3140's. They would
    introduce the ON4-M in the hopes of breathing new life into the venerable mech. Updating the
    structure with endo-steel replacing and the extended LRM with a clan-level LRM 15 w/ Art IV.
    The arm mounted er-medium lasers would be replaced with a large and medium Re-laser while
    the expensive IS XL engine would be traded for a light fusion engine.
