Behold! The power of Clan Tech!
Haven't read the book. My inclination just based on the design is to use a HAG instead of the silver bullet. Don't need cluster rolls on a location if you just saw the location off in the first place. But that probably has nothing to do with what you've set out to do.
So yes, That's a perfectly respectable Marauder that I will accept as what is supposed to be in the book.
