Overview:
    It's an Alpha Strike design.  Today's recipe called for an annoying fast and dodgy thing
    that can hit with a satisfying "Thud".

Capabilities:
    On the mobility side we have 20 inches of movement for +4 TMM.  It's a protomech so another
    +1.  And it's a Glider for an additional +1.  Total of +6.  Which means even at short range
    there is only a 1/6 chance of being hit.  Admittedly any hit will probably kill it, but even
    then that's worthwhile as your opponent will probably waste firepower in doing so.
    
    Offensively,  3 ER Smalls and 3 SRM-1s with 10 rounds of ammo each provide just barely
    enough firepower for the short and medium damage values to be rounded up to 3.
    
    An interesting failure in conversion is that in classic rules it can't actually fire all of
    its weapons at the same time,  and the conversion process doesn't care.

Deployment:
    Actual use?  More iffy.  A single point is 145 PV all by itself.  The question is, how big
    of a game is needed to make that kind of investment worthwhile.  Then again, this is me.  I
    find it depressingly easy to make high value units.
