Yes, I'm posting early. I'll eat my crow if the Ducks pull it off.
Personally, I'd like to see it go to the ducks, but as much as I like their players I hate their management. Disney, owning ABC and ESPN, would make their tools whore the hell out of it, and Stanly would be off ot be kissed by Mickey down in Florida. The cup is supposed to be given to modern-day gladiators, not a amusement park icon.

And the idiots come out of the woodwork....
As I have noted on several boards this morning...a hockey team wins the Cup (notice it's capitalized), not a nickname, and not an owner.
Disney owned the Angels when they won the World Series last season (they have since sold the team) and how many ads did we see on ESPN hyping the Angles? None. Zero. Zip. Nada.

They put up a good fight, but it wasn't enough in the end. It's still nice to see someone besides "the usual gang" playing in the finals

I agree, but I would have prefered to see the Ottawa Senators have beaten the Devils in the semi-finals to have 2 new teams...

I would have prefered to see the Bruins take it home, but that probably won't happen in my lifetime
