We have a catch-all for that. Translated it would be something like "causing a hazard in traffic", I think. This would be a new use for it, not that I think a judge would have any trouble slapping you with some additional fines.

edit: "reckless driving" as Vampire said sounds a lot better.

In some countries they're stricter with the interpretations, apparently.

I checked this out... and amusingly enough, here it's illegal to have sex in a parked car, but nope, it says nothing about doing it in the highway

Well, I assume it would fall under the cathegory "reckless driving"

Mmmm... aside from the seatbelt, would be the driver fined if they weren't using "precautions"?
