I've always been a player more than a collector, but since I'm entering my collection into the Deck Builder, I thought it might help to know how to tell the difference between Limited and Unlimited Cards. Of course, if the difference is obvious, it's probably that I have no Limited cards.

The difference is obvious, as it should be. The Limited and Unlimited refer to the initial released set. All cards from the unlimited set have a green border while cards from the limited set have a black border.

Limited edition are generally harder to get a hold of. Mostly because people bought them and made sets with them and are keeping them for collection purposes. You can find them. I have a whole bunch I've been getting rid of. No point in keeping them so they can take up room in the closet.
