OK, The problem is you are trying to open the link in your browser, and my ftp server disallows that for the moment (trying to fix it) so you must use a dedicated ftp program (such as wsftp, coffeecup ftp, or may others).
A good free ftp client, the one i use, can be found at:
www.sf.net/projects/filezilla/

Hmm, it is my firewall that is blocking the ftp connections from browsers, and I don't know why. Do web browsers use a different port to connect to the ftp server? I wouldnt think that they should but if anyone knows please post me a reply so I can add the port to those allowed.

iptables, the ftp port is open.
Its a linux server.
