Okay, seeing as how theres a friggin laundry list of people on this site, and I dont feel like going through every single name....
Anyone here from Florida and can give us an Idea of whats left down there? Or do you know anyone who lives where Hurricane Frances just leveled?

Nope. Except for a bunch of downed trees (most in or nearly in the road) and stuff, I haven't seen much damage here. My yard's flodded, the small grocery store near my home lost most of its roof in Charlie, and there's a few houses with tarps on the roof, but no piles of rubble or anything like that. Of course, I lost power for three days, and a bunch of other people still don't have any. I geuss I'm far enough inland so as not to get hit overly hard.

| NOt if he pays extra for the privelege of skipping to the front of the line. Theme parks are starting to offer that, and I think Disney was one of the first to do so.

Ivan with the E-ticket. From what Ive heard, Ivan pretty much wiped Grenada off the map. The Federal Office if Disasters, or what ever it is, got destroyed. So no one knows where to go to get Federal Aid.

If I was on Grenada I would be more worried about the prison that was leveled. Nothing like adding convicts to the normal list of looters...

| Well, they'd either be better at it, or worse, depending on if you believe that prisoners are represenattive of all criminals out there, or just the stupid ones (since they got caught).

Funny thing is, back in the late 80s, the US invaded Grenada for the express purpose of keeping Ivan out.

Anyone from Louisiana here? Last I heard it was heading there. (Though that was a couple days ago)

Last tme I checked, Ivan was headed for landfall somwhere between Florida and Louisiana. Thats like saying, Instead of being shot with a single bullet, were going to wing you with a full load of buckshot. Either way, this is going to reeeeely hurt.
