Thank you good sir, but I'm afraid I must decline. My modest estates on Tharkad and New Avalon have been in the family for years. I'd much prefer them, even to something on Terra. There is, however, a man around, a bondsman with only one eye, the poor fellow. I think you know him. I'm sure he'd buy or trade for your bridge.

who would want to buy swampland out in the middle of nowhere? I don't know but I think might be a pretty tough sell. you might have to ask around quite alot before might be ctrazy enough to buy swampland.

I am intrigued is the parcel of land big enough for mech manuvers.
My holdings on Rigel Kentarus though moderatly large do not have any swamp land for training purposes.
was is your asking price? or would you take a trade
I have posesion of deeds on a block of Rigerious's famous redlight district that might intrist you. I want to be rid of them for they are contrary to my values.

I cant the buildings have been labled as historic landmarks buy the council of city elders and I agreed to it several years ago to garner a big tax break. the letter of the contract says that I cannot change the buidings in anyway though i can sell them with the provision that the new ower agree to the terms. oh BTW the oldest profession is leagal on Rigel Kentarus, and the rent and share of revenures is nice but I want to be rid of it. having a little pice of terra no matter how crappy would be nice. for many reasons
