==Overview:==
     Mobile Launchers have existed since the early 1950s.  This latest one is
an example of a ground based mobile SOM or Surface to Orbit Missiles.  These
weapons are deployed in great numbers on the surfaces of important planets to
supplement Hardened Defense sites.  Extremely slow, the Mobile NML when pared
with its Trailer masses a total of 400 tons and manages only 10.4 kph at max
speed.  The system once it has setup is capable of tracking enemy ship in
orbit and fires their lone Barracuda missiles, which are capable achieving
orbit and attack enemy ships.  The system must then use the four loading
cranes on the trailer to reload the Barracuda launcher.  This process takes a
minute to perform and requires the entire 14 man crew of the Tractor to
perform.  However, do to the launchers size the tractor and trailer mount no
defensive weapons relying instead on garrison units and the 4 ton infantry bay
for defense.  Should an area a launcher is in become threatened, the crew has
two options: eject the ammo trailer and run or evacuate the unit and return
for it later.  Most nations do to the rarity of these launchers, will not
destroy one.  Instead they often choose to capture them as salvage.

I'd like to see a mobile Naval-AC or Naval Laser. Think you can swing that?

ya, maybe if i one could make a 1000 ton tank, which you cannot.

Naval Missiles are the limit.

Now that is neat. I like the idea of putting that kind of weapon on vehicles like this. This would be nice for a planet that cannot afford to own spacecraft. Just do not let it be captured.
