Woah there. I like the weapons compliment, I really do. But those RACs don't have enough ammo, not nearly enough. One ton per RAC? It ends up like a 3025 King Crab; dangerous, but easily run out of ammo. And then it's rather lightly armed.
I'd suggest finding tonnage somewhere for more ammo - perhaps using endo steel? I'm also not terribly fond of the lack of CASE.

I like it but I hate RAC's (Just me I know). I would like to see a heavier energy system. Either PPC's or lasers and slightly heavier heat dissapation.

The energy variant is pretty good too. Better range than the RAC version, although it lacks the same firepower. I like RACs.

I suppose it's just me, but I imagine a machine named "Winter" as being heavy on energy weapons, and somewhat hot running. Something that works well in winter environments.
