								Like the AS10-D, this Atlas modification changes the firepower, but in a different way.

 ==Overview:==
 The AS11-D Atlas was created shortly after the AS10-D, but the AS11-D is
 somewhat more expensive, but packing a bigger punch.

 ==Capabilities:==
 Like the AS10-D, the AS11-D carries 2 PPCs and a Gauss Rifle. However, the
 left arm PPC was moved to the left torso and the former PPC housing became
 home to a RAC/5.

 The RAC/5 and Gauss both carry an abundance of ammo, so the warrior can last
 long. Also, the AS11-D mounts a variable ranged targeting computer, which
 allows it to better hit targets afar or close in, depending on the computers
 setting (or simply off).

								eh ? Since when did the Dracs and LA had TC and RACs ?

 Also in my eyes this isn't really an Atlas. You can switch either the LRM20 or AC20 BUT one weapon must remain.

								RAC? Maybe stolen!
 TC? its a variable range targeting system (level3) not a Davion TC!

 I'd ment this to be a NAIS design. But I forgot the Davion designation for their Atlases so I just went for "D" (Forgetting the combine uses D as well...I think...)

 In any case, fluff nonwithstanding, the Gauss is similar enough to the AC/20 in appearence for it to still be an Atlas. And remember, its head and size are the real defining points, not the difference of a couple gun barrells. Its still scary as hell.

 That aside, what about the payload?

								In regards to just the 'Mech, I think it's good. A nice range of medium-long-range weapons are the main feature here. Certainly has a good ammo store. The ranged weapons also work at short ranges, so that's not too bad. Although at point blank, all you've got is the RAC, which could be troublsome. I don't fancy the idea of running about with a Gauss and three tons explosive ammo without CASE.

 As for the Atlas-ness of it, I agree with bladewind. The weapons placement is different enough that I wouldn't call this an Atlas.

 And where's you're AS10-D from?

								| Another nice mech, although I have to agree with the concensus of it not being atlas-like. If the GR were hip mounted like on the... 7-D I think it is, then it would look be cool.
