Heat sinks allow using only two lasers at once without overheating (and sometimes LRMs), so two lasers are useless. By the way it's Warhawk, so it should have TC. At least it's very tough, but loosing RA turns it to well armored light mech. It isn't Warhawk, and the mech itself has severe problems.
