It seems decent but a little fluff could help sway my desicion.

slow it down to 6/9, drop the barracuda, and replace the NGauss with 2 NAC/30. Use weight savings to increase ammo on all weapons. In addition, consolidate your cargo bays because you have to little cargo. Create a small craft bay with supply cargo bay and increase spare parts to 1 percent [preferably 2.]
Decrease your Marines unless this is a boarding craft, which in that case create a small craft bay with several vessels for the boarding pods.
If this is a military craft, you may not want to equip it with 100% escape systems. 50% is usually good. however, you have an absence of small craft so the systems remaing is a good option.
Increase food and fuel to atleast 30 day and 60 day supply respectively. As a raider you will need fuel for manuvers and consumbales for deep penitration raids.
You might consider loosing the LF Battery. It gives the ability to get in and out quickly, but most systems have a nadir to planet travel time of 5+ days. You can fusion charge in that time for an egress jump. It would give you 3000 tons to use.
Overall, it is not a bad design. It has some promise, but it needs some spit and polish.
I agree though, you need to supply fluff.
