The nineteenth Ropecon, finnish roleplaying and "traditional games" festival had Battletech running by a local Catalyst demo team member. They had intro games going all day long for the whole weekend, plus larger scenarios on all three days. There seemed to be continued interest at the tables even if I was only occasionally checking in, between running my own pen n paper games.
