Ok, we have been playing some Tukkayid scenarios, put together 2 lances of Comguards vs 1 star of Clan mechs. I have decided the 5 mechs that give me the most trouble when I am the Comguards are the following:
Daishi A
Masakari C
Mad Cat A
Fenris D
Dragonfly A
The first 3 can destroy anything they face quickly and the last 2 are almost impossible to hit with inner sphere weapons and pilots. The person playing the Clans will usually only pick one or two of those really good mechs, but I am wondering what Clan mechs would make you wish you never joined the Comguards?

Yeah I didn't even think of second line mechs. But anything with 4 clan large pulse lasers and enough heat sinks to shoot them would be a challenge to take down.
Anyone ever get the magazine Mechforce North America? I remember a Masakari variant that had 4 large pulses and a targeting computer.

I should probably say: Bring them on!
Pulse boats are not fun, as are not fun any things that don't offer much choice and management challenges. I would least want to face those that have competent pilots though _________________ The dragon NEVER sleeps!
