Some heat sinks would be handy on this mech, but the addition of ER meds makes it clearly 3060+ design. This era offers another evil solution, streaks, that would address both, heat and ammo, problems. For short range fire fights there would be more armor and speed to ease getting to range (or at least JJs). XL engine and armor limit the ability to withstand fire and get in SRM range. |

Mixed thoughts on this one. The mech tries to be a brawler but it still mounts lots of hot ER weapons. I say drop the ER mediums all together and add another ton of armor and 1 more DHS (u might have to lose the lower arm and hands though but the machine can fire its ERLs backwards at least).
Sure the extra dhs does not eliminate the heat problem, but it makes things at least more managable. And yeah it needs to be alittle heavier to handle its payload. |

I'm running into problems trying to evaluate this mech. Is it trying to be a close range fighter, it probably needs to pull the ER mediums for more heat sinks letting it fire its long or short range brackets and manuver with no issues.
As it stands you've got 2 ER mediums that are mostly corner case as you can only fire really one of them and one ER Large as you try to close if you need to run and not build up heat.
With your ammo, and your stated preference of 6 SSRM racks being fired in close. You need to manuver and be able to fire with no heat. As it stands its +6 and that could be bad. 2 more heat sinks wouldn't make it perfect but it would make it a dang sight easier to use.
The other choice is to bump it up 5 or so tons like mud said and use the extra tonnage to add in heat sinks to do everything you want it to. |

An ambitious design, but it probably needs to be a little heavier to handle all of this equipment. It would also benefit from an armor upgrade. |

Interesting story. This baby could take down a good many assault mechs with 1-3 salvos. That is a deed/ability to be respected. |
