Overview:
    Developed as a close quarters combat machine. The Scarecrow is capable of some deadly close
    in firepower.

Capabilities:
    Slow and deliberate are the keywords for the Scarecrow. A top speed and mounting only ten
    tons of armor, the SC-2 is best utilized in areas where it can close quickly with an
    opponent to unleash it's horrendous SRM barrage. Not lacking in long range weapons, it's
    twin ER large lasers can pepper an opponent while it attempts to close with them. Then as it
    nears it can bring it's twin ER medium lasers to bear as well. Though heat can be a huge
    problem, especially when firing both ER large lasers, it can be managed with practice. The
    main arsenal of the SC-2 is it's 6 SRM-6 launchers. Being able to fire 36 SRM's in one salvo
    can be devastating to mechs 15-20 tons heavier. Carrying 4 tons of ammo allows for 10 salvos
    per launcher giving the Scarecrow moderate staying power in combat. Though to survive 10
    salvos would require many misses or a heavily fortified position.

Deployment:
    So far there have been several small purchases of this design, mainly to urban assault
    units.
