Interesting weapons platform, but too similar to the Predator. It can be effective, if not original. |

Hmm, nice weaponary, I'd like to see this pitted against my Renegade REN-1. Its 2X ACs would really put holes into lighter mechs. Its armour is also good, so i wouldn't mind sticking this in an Urban environment. |

I love the pod space; almost as much as a Timber Wolf carries on a much smaller chassis. I assume the single heat sinks are a typo; omnimechs can pretty much be expected to universally carry DHS. This configuration would be good as a general use configuration for Trials. The ammunition load is good as well; this 'mech carries enough for at least two or three engagements if the pilot conserves and uses his lasers. For urban assault or for putting down rioters, the ECM suite could be converted to an active probe, and the Small Pulse Laser could be stripped for a machine gun and .5 tons of ammo. The low speed could be a liability in some situations, but for something in the center of the line the Wildcat's speed is fine. |
