Thick armor makes up for relative short range of it's weapons, it runs pretty cool and maneuverability is above average for lvl 1 design. Close range firepower packed by the design cannot be easily ignored and it can easily use it if it has something to cover it until it gets in range. |

Perfect for 3025. Its a wonderful design. Short range fire power up the wazoo. Needs the Griffin or Wolverine to be paired with to cover each others weaknesses.
Still the best mechs work in pairs usually and this Red Hawk holds up its end of the bargin and more.
Just throw one into every lance of 5/8/5 55 tonners and you'll do swell with it. Or use it just to body guard LRM boat lances. |

Lovely 3025-era design. Definitely outguns the classic trio by miles. In fact, it has a short-range firepower that comes close to that 3025 version of the Kintaro. With much better heat-dissipation, armour and jumping capability!
Nice design. |
