The mech is incredibly slow and using all weapons often can make it even worse. Overheating can be a problem, but clan mechs are well known for building too much heat. Armor is standard for it's size and there is enough ammo for twelve rounds of fire. I guess that this should be okay since the mech is meant for defensive operations where the ammo bins can be refilled soon and the enemy has to chew through terrain and hidden elementals to get to you. This would also make speed and heat problems less significant. This mech is highly specialized mobile fortress that may powerful protector to anything that needs guardian of his size, but keep it from entering the field in any other role. |

very ammo dependent and slow as molasses in January. It'll still make a good fire support mech but that's about all it's good for once the ammo's gone. 'nuff said! |

Big hefty and sloooow this mech is actually still alright. Its primarily long ranged setup help negates its slow speed. The plenty of DHS also allows almost nonstop alpha strikes which is good !
Armor is not maxed for an assault of this tonnage but the mech is a 2nd line firesupport design so this wont matter so much.
But still i wonder how it can actually keep up with the speedy Kodiak....
