Awful, even for its intended purpose.
It's just too slow and while its heavily armoured it is never going to be able to make use of its arsenal against all but the slowest Mechs. Anything with ER LL, ER PPCs or heck LPLs will tear it into little pieces.
As for supporting infantry or armoured infantry, these are the Clans we are talking about, they rarely have large formations of these in the first place.
This is not just a second-line mech, it's a Solahma Mech that even the Solahma would be reluctant to pilot |

Ugh, considering the speed of most Clan mediums and lights, this one is painfully slow.
You will get slaughtered outright I'm afraid. The Clan LRM20 (no mins !!!) is a nice weapon but you lack the speed to move it to position.
Dropping that Heavy Large, upping the speed and swapping those pulses for ER mediums will give you a good firesupport mech. Remove that useless 0.5 ton armor and ER Sml for another ton of ammo and you are set.

Something must be done with the mobility. The mech either needs standard engine or much better speed. Dropping the small lasers and/or installing ES structure or FF armor (enough space would be freed by installing Heat sinks to the engine or by installing standard engine) would help a lot. Main weapons are a little odd but would work well, and drop that useless half ton of armor. |
