Overview:
    This is a light quad mech designed by Clan Goliath Scorpion to act as an artillery spotter
    and scout unit behind enemy lines.

Capabilities:
    This isn't a combat mech, but rather a spotter. It uses its speed to get in close to TAG an
    enemy building or outpost with the TAG laser, and then it has to haul a-- to get away. It
    has ECM and Active Probe to help it avoid detection, and several Jump Jets to allow it get
    over obstacles. It has a tri of medium lasers to act as its only offensive armament.

Deployment:
    It has been deployed in small numbers in second line and freebirth units along Clan Goliath
    Scorpion borders.
