I like it.
While Im not usually a fan of taking a mech and making it bigger *cough*Phoenix Hawk IIC*cough* This design has done so without going to a rediculous extreme.
Mounting a pair of medium lasers is a logical move, as ive seen the SRM fall woefully short of defending the mech from a target inside the PPC minimum range.
The additional lasers also makes this dangerous in city fights, something that the original PNT models were good at.
The additional armor is going to be a shock for someone expecting 'a mere panther'. |

A Panther in the medium class:
More armor and a far better short-range firepower.
Now it is a respactable Line-Mech!
(But I like the original better ;-) |

Not bad remake, a bit similar to Vindicator. It has enough HSs to jump and fire all short range guns (not as strong as specialized infighter, but still good) or move and fire PPC without overheat. Still solid and reliable mech and with good fluff too. |
